Privacy
LinqSender runs LinkedIn outreach from your own browser. This page says what we collect, why, where it goes and how long it stays. If anything here is unclear, write to [email protected] and a person answers.
Who we are
LinqSender is the service at linqsender.com and the browser extension that works with it. In this page, "we" means the people who run LinqSender. You reach us at [email protected].
What we collect, and why
Your account
Your email address, and the name and company you choose to give. We use them to sign you in with a one-time code (there are no passwords), to name your workspace, to send you service emails such as sign-in codes, receipts and notices about your campaigns, and to answer you when you write to us.
Your LinkedIn account, through the extension
The extension runs in a browser where you are already signed in to LinkedIn. We never ask for, see or store your LinkedIn password. To run your campaigns the extension reads and sends us: the name, public profile address and member identifier of the LinkedIn account you pair; the profiles you add to a campaign; the result of each action it performs for you (invitation sent, accepted, message sent); and, for the people in your campaigns, the messages in those conversations so the app can show replies and stop a sequence when someone answers. Reply sync is limited to campaign conversations, and the app asks for your consent before it starts.
The extension does not read your LinkedIn pages for any other purpose, does not collect your browsing on other sites, and performs only the actions you set up and approved in the app.
Your campaigns and prospects
The sequences you write, the people you import (by CSV or by adding them one by one) and what happened to each. This is your data; we process it to run the campaigns you set up and approved.
Payment
When you buy a plan, the payment is taken by our card payment processor, Stripe, on its own pages. We receive your name, billing address, the last digits of the card and the receipt; we never hold the full card number. The processor keeps what it needs under its own privacy terms.
Technical records
Server logs with the address and browser your requests came from, the time, and what was asked for; and error reports. We use them to keep the service working, to find faults and to stop abuse. They are kept for a limited time and then deleted.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your prospects or messages to train anything. The public website uses no analytics cookies. We do not host or resell AI: if you connect your own AI agent, what you send it goes to your provider under your agreement with them, not to us.
Cookies and browser storage
The app sets a session cookie so you stay signed in. The website and the app remember your light or dark theme in your browser. That is all.
Where your data goes
Your data is stored on servers we rent and control, and handled by the few providers needed to run the service: hosting, email delivery for service messages, and card payment. Each one processes data only on our instructions. We do not pass personal data to anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account, campaign and prospect data: for as long as your account exists. When you close your account, or ask us to, we delete it within 30 days, except what we must keep for tax and accounting (receipts) and brief logs kept for security. Trial accounts that never bought a plan are removed after a period of inactivity.
Your rights
You can see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict how we use it. Write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
The people in your campaigns
You decide whom to contact and what to say. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them and for honouring their requests. If someone asks us about data that came from your campaign, we will tell them whose campaign it was so they can reach you, and we will remove their data from our systems on request.
Security
Sign-in works with one-time codes, never passwords. Data travels encrypted. Access to production systems is limited to the people who run the service. No system is perfectly safe; if a breach ever affected your data we would tell you and, where the law asks, the authorities.
Children
LinqSender is for professionals and is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
