Terms

Last updated 6 November 2026

These are the terms between you and LinqSender for using linqsender.com, the app and the browser extension. They are written to be read. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

LinqSender lets you plan LinkedIn outreach campaigns and run them from your own browser through our extension. The server decides the pace of every action; the extension performs one action at a time in a browser where you are signed in to LinkedIn. You can connect your own AI agent to prepare campaigns. A campaign starts only after you, a person, have reviewed its recipients and messages in the app and confirmed it.

2. Your account

You need an email address you control. Sign-in is by one-time code. Keep your email account secure; actions taken from a signed-in session count as yours. One person per user seat. You must be at least 18.

3. The trial

Every plan offers a 14-day free trial with no card, with that plan's limits and the same pacing as a paid plan. One trial per LinkedIn account. When the trial ends, sending pauses and your data stays until you buy a plan or close the account. Trials are not extended.

4. Lifetime plans

5. Refunds and disputes

You may ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, on top of the trial, by writing to [email protected]. After that, payments are final. If a payment is disputed with the card issuer instead, the account is suspended while the dispute runs; a dispute we win reopens it, and a charge under dispute is not refunded separately. Payments flagged as fraudulent may be refunded and the account closed.

6. What you agree to

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why unless the law or the safety of others prevents it.

7. What we promise, and what we cannot

We run the service with care and pace every account conservatively. We cannot promise that LinkedIn will never restrict an account, that every message will be delivered, or that the service will be available at every moment. Campaigns run only while your browser is open with LinkedIn signed in; when it is not, scheduled actions wait. The service is provided as it is, without warranties beyond what the law requires.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost business, or for actions LinkedIn takes on your account. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Your data

Your campaigns, prospects and messages are yours. You give us the permission needed to process them to run the service, as described in the privacy page. We do not sell them or use them to train anything.

10. Changes and ending

We may change these terms; when a change matters we tell account holders by email before it applies. You can close your account at any time from the app or by writing to us; closing an account does not refund a plan outside the refund period. If LinqSender ever stops operating, we will tell account holders in advance and give a way to export your data.

11. Contact

[email protected]. A person reads it.
